- When can I check in & check out?
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, except in low season. However, it is always possible to check in any day of the week as long as you leave on Saturday or Sunday as specified in your reservation confirmation. The payment will always be based on a week.There are not rates per day, only per full weeks.
- Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 7 days. You can book either from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, except in low season when there is no minimal stay, the price will be the whole week.
- What is the maximum stay?
There is no maximum stay. You can book more than a week but always in weeks basis, except in low season.
- What time is Check in?
Check In is from 16:00 h. to 18:00 h. Check in is not possible after 18:00 h.
- What time is Check Out?
Check Out is before 12:00 h.
- Where shall we check in & pick up the keys for the apartment?
Check in, Check out and key pick up will be at Reception (located next to the apartaments).
- Distance to the Hospital:
- Are the apartaments handicapped-accesible?
No, we are sorry but the apartments are not handicapped-accesible.
- Is there any discount if we are less than 4 persons?
No, the rate is always the same. Rates are per apartment per week regardless of number of persons staying up to 4.
- Are there any apartments for 2 persons?
No, all the apartments feature 2 bedrooms suitable for 4 persons, one with double bed or 2 twin beds (on request) and the second with 2 twin beds. The price remains the same for less people staying.
- Is the sofa in the living room a sofa bed?
No, the sofa is not a sofa bed. We have extra bed and cots under availability.
- Is AC available?
No, it is not.
- What are the payment conditions?
Prepayment is required
a) By credit card. AMEX not accepted. We will charge the credit card when we receive the reservation.
b) By Bank Transfer. You can also pay by bank transfer except for "Last minute Reservations". We will need the bank transfer confirmation in order to send you the reservation confirmation. You can email the bank transfer confirmation to reservas @ bahiadelgolf.es
"Last minute Reservations"
Please bear on mind last minute reservations can only be done and confirmed with credit card and in this case bank transfer is not accepted. So if you are booking for today or tomorrow, only credit card is accepted.
- Which is the bank account number?
Reservations will provide the details by email.
- Can I modify my reservation dates?
Yes, it is posible as long as there is availability.
- Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, under the following Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations without penalty can be made 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid 100% charge.
- What is the policy for short term stays?
Short term stays will be maximun 6 days (only available in low season). Payments will be settled in advance and no deposit required. See offers

- What is the policy for long term stays?
Long term stays will be minimum 3 months (Special conditions apply in July and August). In low season 4 weeks must be prepaid, in medium season 8 weeks must be prepaid, in high season 12 weeks must be prepaid, after that payments will be settled weekly and no deposit is required. See offers
