Location
Bahía del Golf is an urbanisation right in the heart of Western Almeria near the new artificial lake, Victoria and next to the golf course belonging to the municipality of El Ejido. At 45 Km. from the Almerian capital, and approximately 9 Km from El Ejido center, in the tourist centre of Almerimar, this is a place which stands out as being one of the most attractive destinations on the Andalusian Eastern Mediterranean Coast. The 27 Km of coastline are made up of unspoilt beaches with crystal clear waters: Poniente Beach and Almerimar Levante Beach, Balerma Beach, Viegas Beach and the beach within the Punta Entinas Nature Reserve. The constant climate with a daily average of 27º in summer and 3,000 hours of sun a year complement the clear, unpolluted air. The urbanisation itself is located 1 km from the beach.
Getting There
The Bahía del Golf Urbanisation is located in Almerimar in the municipality of El Ejido, and is only an hour away from both the snow of Sierra Nevada and the only desert in Europe. It's easy to get to from the east on the Mediterranean E-15, the A-92 that joins Granada- Almeria and along the coast on the N-340 with Malaga. It's also barely an hour's drive from Almeria Airport, with daily flights to England, Germany and the most important Spanish cities. The Intermodal Station is also there, with multiple train and bus services.
